About AS Roma

AS Roma were founded in 1927 through the merger of three Roman clubs, Roman FC, Alba-Audace and Fortitudo-Pro Roma. The club’s colours, yellow and red, come from the colours of the city of Rome, which gives the players their nickname, I Giallorossi.

Roma have won three Serie A titles, in 1941/42, 1982/83 and 2000/01, and nine Coppa Italia trophies. The club won its first European trophy in 2022 when it beat Feyenoord to win the first UEFA Conference League.

Francesco Totti, who played his entire career at the club, holds the record for appearances with 786 and for goals with 307. Roma share the Stadio Olimpico with Lazio.
